- At fabrictrader.co.uk we sell at extremely competitive prices as we are a dedicated internet store and hence cut out the more traditional costs associated with retail outlets such as high street rents, rates, high labour rates, etc. Direct purchasing and intense bulk buying enable us to pass these savings on to you, the customer.

- FabricTrader.co.uk provides you with a massive selection of fabrics available by the metre and also. Unlike many of our peers we have a very large holding of stock and are in an excellent position to fulfill your orders with immediate delivery.

- If for any reason you cannot find what you are looking for or we are not advertising for sale a product you are searching for, our team of dedicated sales executives will endeavor to do their best to search the fabrics industry for the product you wish to buy. Please contact the sales team
[Back To Top] - How soon will I receive my order?
- When we receive your order and payment we will email you to tell you when your order will be dispatched. We normally dispatch within 48 hrs. Custom curtains will take longer dependant upon labor required and will be quoted on an individual basis.

- We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We use PayPal as our payment service provider who uses industry standard socket layer technology (SSL) to encrypt all your personal information including debit and credit card number, name and address.
[Back To Top] - How do I change/cancel my order?
- If you ordered the incorrect size/amount, you must contact Customer Services straight away. Stating order reference will speed the enquiry. They will normally be able to help you with alteration/cancellation as long as the product has not been cut or dispatched.
[Back To Top] - How quickly will my order be delivered?
- All goods are normally dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds subject to stock availability. If we are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Please see our delivery schedule for delivery services that are currently available.
[Back To Top] - Do you deliver outside the UK?
- Currently we only deliver within the UK via the website. If you wish to have items delivered outside of the UK please contact our sales team sales@fabrictrader.co.uk these are undertaken on an individual basis and at our discretion.
[Back To Top] - Do you send out samples?
- We offer a complete sample service of all the fabrics available on fabrictrader.co.uk. A small charge of (£1.00) is levied for admin and postage costs, up to five samples can be selected per order. The average size for each swatch is approx 6" x 4".
[Back To Top] - Can I return the products I ordered?
- Fabrics that are ordered and cut to your specification cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
[Back To Top] - What happens if I cannot buy the quantity I require?
- Although our inventories are considerable, it is not possible to hold endless supplies of all the items available on our store. If you receive a message stating your desired quantity is not in stock, we recommend that you contact us to check on availability

- There is no minimum order value, however there is a minimum amount of each fabric that must be ordered, this varies for different types of fabric.
